Ocean View Suites
No smoking on premises. No pets without prior permission and pet fee, we have pet friendly cabins and suites, service animals need correct documentation please call for details. We will make every attempt to accommodate you and your pets needs. Refunds permitted only if canceled within the cancelation policy provisions.
Guest is responsible for any and all damages, including but not limited to all furnishings, interior and exterior damage to dwelling as a condition of any reservation. Pets accepted on case-by-case basis, subject additional fees and Management approval. Management reserves the right to terminate guest’s stay with no refund provided if pet has been misrepresented, is noisy, potentially dangerous and/or causes damage to the property. Written documentation certifying service/support animals shall be provided to Management no less that two business days prior to check-in, and shall include contact phone number for authorizing entity. Management reserves the right to deny guest occupancy if proper documentation is not provided, or additional fees shall apply.
Guest is responsible for cleaning dishes and bagging garbage, if these items are left undone there will be an additional $25:00 charge.
